We have IMMEDIATE openings in our Management Trainee Program. We are Time Financing Service®. One of the largest independent consumer finance companies in North Carolina. Our company has 24 offices in the state and we are projecting continued growth. WE NEED YOU!!!!

We will teach you all facets of our business and give you the tools you need for a career in the dynamic world of consumer finance. You will be on the fast track with our company to manage an office of your own. The successful candidate will be energetic and willing to work hard and learn all areas of our business.

You must be willing to relocate after becoming a manager and to travel during the period before promotion. All related travel expenses will be covered during this period.

Job Details:

You will be assigned to an office and office manager to oversee your training. The first six months you will be trained on industry best practices, Government Regulations, our software system, Customer Service Rep duties, collections, and the overall general workings of an office. After six months of training, you may be requested to work at different offices as an Assistant Manager. After a year plus of training you may be requested to fill in at different offices as a temporary Manager or Assistant Manager. Once you are qualified to manage an office, you will be offered a manager position at a current or new office upon availability.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2-4 years consumer finance experience
